Corporate real estate loan rate in France 2016-2023

In the first half of 2023, the average corporate real estate loan rate in France has been increasing at a fast pace. The corporate real estate loan has generally decreased from 2.2 percent in the first quarter of 2016 to 1.16 percent in the fourth quarter of 2021. However, that interest rate started growing from 2022 onwards, reaching an interest rate of 3.37 percent in the second quarter of 2023.
