The model is implemented as it is described in the paper "Pham, Larsson, Enfors - 1998 - Growth and energy metabolism in aerobic fed-batch cultures of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Simulation and mod".
The batch and fed-batch are both implemented, the oscillation function was not used.
All parameters were taken from the paper and are saved under parameters.py.
