AlphaRING-X: accurate interpretation of missense variant deleteriousness based on protein structural stability

alpharing-x_human_variant_summary.txt: Contains the ClinVar data, AlphaRING-X feature data, and more on all the missense variants used to train, calibrate, and test the AlphaRING-X classifier. alpharing-x_human_variant_test_predictions.txt: Contains delteriousness predictions, including scores and feature SHAP values, for all the missense variants used to test the AlphaRING-X classifier. alpharing-x_predictions.tar: Contains the AlphaRING-X software input and output for all the missense variants in the "alpharing-x_human_variant_summary.txt" file. train_alpharing-x_classifier.py: Script that trains, calibrates, and persists the AlphaRING-X classifier package, which contains the calibrated classifier and the training data as background for use with the SHAP explainer. To run, the "alpharing-x_human_variant_summary.txt" file or equivalent is required. generate_alpharing-x_paper_data.py: Script that reproduces the data plotted in the manuscript. To run, the "alpharing-x_human_variant_summary.txt file" and the output of "train_alpharing-x_classifier.py" are required.
