ddRADseq and COI sequences dataset for the hydrothermal vent scaleworms Branchinotogluma segonzaci and other Branchinotogluma species from the SouthWest Pacific back-arc basins

This project refers to a ddRADseq (double-digested associated DNA sequencing) study of the hydrothermal vent scaleworm Branchinotogluma segonzaci and other Branchinotogluma species from the Southwestern Pacific back-arc basins. Mitochondrial cytochrome oxydase I (COI) sequences were also obtained for part of the biosamples contained in this project.
