This study aimed to explore the underlying molecular mechanism of CCL20 in OSCC progression. Overall design: The estabilished OSCC cell lines (negative control and CCL20-overexpression) were seeded into 6-well plates and grown overnight. The differentally expressed genes by CCL20 overexpression were screened by RNA sequencing. The transcriptome sequencing studies were performed by deep sequencing, using Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
