This table presents the associations between germline genetically predicted PARP inhibition, proxied by the PARP1 rs1136410-C SNP allele count, and tumour gene expression levels of 15,695 genes in 361 HGSOC cases from the TCGA OV cohort. Associations were examined using multivariable linear regression, adjusted for age at diagnosis, cancer stage and 10 genetic ancestry principal components.
