Single-cell and spatial transcriptomics reveal aerobic- and resistance exercise-mediated cellular and spatial remodeling in db/db mice skeletal muscle atrophy

We performed single-cell RNA sequencing (10x Genomics Chromium) on skeletal muscle tissue from mice in the diabetes group (db), the diabetes + aerobic exercise group (db+AE), and the diabetes + resistance exercise group (db+RE). Additionally, we conducted stereo-seq on these samples.
