Dynamic transcriptomic changes are critical for the stable sperm production. Epigenetic regulatory mechanisms play an important role in this process. As one such epigenetic regulator, ATF7IP2, one of the interactors of SETDB1, has an important role for proper meiotic progression. To identify the effect of ATF7IP2 on the progression of spermatogenesis, single cell transcriptomic analysis was performed and compared them between control and Atf7IP2-KO.
