Transcriptomic analysis to understand the function of ATF7IP2 in spermatogenesis

Dynamic transcriptomic changes are critical for the stable sperm production. Epigenetic regulatory mechanisms play an important role in this process. As one such epigenetic regulator, ATF7IP2, one of the interactors of SETDB1, has an important role for proper meiotic progression.
