Added additional system terms for UBERON/CL. The previous list was too limiting.

This affects which annotations are considered "too general".

Added additional sex and age annotations from the "Johnson_2023" source.

Fixed incorrect disease annotations by "Johnson_2023" for GSE20436.

Added sex annotations from "BGEE."

Removed additional lingering general annotations.

Added additional cleaning steps removing empty annotations and/or unacceptable platforms.

Fixed typo "eldery_adult" to "elderly_adult" age group.
