To investigate the function of VPS35 in the regulation of gastric cancer cell proliferation, we established MKN28 cell lines in which VPS35 has been knocked down by shRNA. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for MKN28 cells and its KD derivatives (shVPS35), three biological replicates for each group.
