RNA-seq analysis of the deletion mutant of trkA or trkH of Streptococcus suis serotype 2. Streptococcus suis strain:SC19

To reveal the functions of the potassium uptake system TrkHA of Streptococcus suis and explore the differences in genes expression of SC19 and the deletion mutant of trkA or trkH, the global gene transcription profiles of the WT and the deletion mutant of trkA or trkH strains were determined by RNA-seq analysis.
