Spectra of 500 nM Nile Blue A (NBA) solution on the optical plasmonic tweezer-coupled SERS platform upon on/off switch of the dynamic nanocavity. Spectra of Methylene Blue (MB) and Nile Blue A (NBA) mixture solution from 3600 SERS measurements across twenty parallel sessions for single-molecule BiASERS analysis. Real-time SERS spectra of Tyr in the condition changes from pH 1.0 and pH 13.0. SERS spectra of 10 μM hIAPP solution under pH 5.5 incubation at t = 2 h from parallel experimental sessions. SERS spectra of 10 μM hIAPP solution under pH 7.4 incubation at t = 2 h from parallel experimental sessions. Supplementary Data 1.
