CARDIO-LNCRNAS

CARDIO-LNCRNAS provides the landscape of the lncRNA transcriptome in human heart by systematically analysing the expression of all annotated and novel lncRNAs in heart relative to their expression in other human tissues. CARDIO-LNCRNAS summarizes all lncRNA transcripts from publicly available human transcriptome resources (156 heart samples and 210 samples from 29 other tissues) and systematically analysed all annotated and novel lncRNAs expressed in heart. A total of 7485 lncRNAs whose expression was elevated in heart (HE lncRNAs) and 453 lncRNAs expressed in all 30 analysed tissues (EIA lncRNAs) were extracted.CARDIO-LNCRNAS数据集通过系统性分析人类心脏中所有注释型及新型长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA, lncRNA）的表达水平，并与其他人体组织中的对应表达情况进行对比，绘制了人类心脏内lncRNA转录组的全景图谱。该数据集汇总了公开人类转录组资源中的全部lncRNA转录本，涵盖156份心脏样本以及来自29种其他组织的210份样本，并系统性分析了心脏中表达的所有注释型及新型lncRNA。最终共提取得到7485个在心脏中高表达的lncRNA（heart elevated lncRNAs, HE lncRNAs），以及453个在全部30种分析组织中均表达的lncRNA（expressed in all 30 analysed tissues, EIA lncRNAs）。
