资源简介:
This thesis investigates how immune cells move in their natural environment. It uses zebrafish as a model because their immune system can be easily observed in living tissue. The study shows that migrating immune cells leave small structures behind as they move. By increasing or decreasing these structures using genetic methods, the research examines their role in the body. High-resolution, fast imaging reveals that these structures carry cell-specific material that enables communication between different cell types and helps regulate immune responses at sites of skin injury.
