This repository contains the tree-level data, analysis code, derived results, and reproducible figures supporting the manuscript Estimating tree aboveground biomass in forest fragments and isolated urban trees using UAV-LiDAR. The analytical dataset contains 95 trees sampled in Lavras, Minas Gerais, Brazil: 45 trees from a seasonal semideciduous forest fragment and 50 isolated or spaced trees from an urbanized campus. Aboveground biomass is a model-based reference calculated with the pantropical equation of Chave et al. (2014); it is not destructively measured biomass.
