Transcriptome sequencing of yak fibroblast

This dataset includes raw RNA-seq data from eight yak fibroblast samples. The yak fibroblast cell line, derived from ear tissue, was obtained from the Kunming Cell Bank, Chinese Academy of Sciences, which is part of the National Science and Technology Infrastructure (NSTI), National Biomedical Cell Line Resource (NSTI-BMCR). Transcriptome sequencing was performed on the NovaSeq 6000 platform. Among these samples, PMEL_1 to PMEL_4 represent stable cell lines overexpressing the PMEL gene constructed via lentiviral transduction, while NC_1 to NC_4 are control cell lines generated by transduction with an empty vector.
