脊髓伴有H3 K27m-突变的弥漫性中线胶质瘤：临床病理特征和预后
本研究是单中心、随机对照的前瞻性临床研究。按照入组标准将患者随机分为实验组及对照组。对照组常规行脊髓髓内肿瘤切除术，实验组在脊髓髓内肿瘤切除术的基础上术区移植经西妥昔单抗修饰的生物胶原支架。对两组患者分别行术前、术后神经功能状态评价并长期随访，观察实验组治疗方案的临床安全性与初步有效性。
