<b>Spatio-temporal variations in soil phosphorus pools indicate their bioavailability</b>

These materials include datasets and R code for analyzing soil phosphorus (P) concentrations at both local and global scales in (semi-)natural soils. The dataset comprises a full year of topsoil P fraction measurements from a typical subtropical forest, as well as a global synthesis of temporal and spatial variation in P fractions in (semi-)natural terrestrial ecosystems. Temporal variation data were synthesized from six publications, while spatial variation data were compiled from 153 publications included in the database of He et al. (2023).
