The MozzaVID dataset is a collection of synchrotron X-ray tomography scans of mozzarella cheese microstructure, intended for volumetric model benchmarking and food structure analysis. This small split of the dataset contains 591 volumes, and there are also a Base split with 4,728 volumes and a Large split with 37,824 volumes. The dataset supports two classification granularities: 25 cheese types and 149 cheese samples.
