Cecal microbiota of Limiosilactobacillus reuteri-treated spontaneous RR-EAE mice

This project aimed to determine the effects of strains of Limosilactobacillus reuteri on disease pathology in the SPF TCR1640 transgenic spontaneous RR-EAE mouse model of MS. 16S rRNA sequencing of cecal contents was performed to assess the effects of the treatments on the gut microbiota of these mice.
