We applied RNA-seq on colon cancer tissues to profile the differentially expressed genes and compared the results with m6A-exo-seq To investigate the relationship between gene expression and m6Am modification on transcripts, differentially expressed genes (DEGs) are characterized by RNA-seq, m6Am modified transcripts are detected by m6A-exo-seq.
