# Dataset Introduction
## Overview
We hereby present SCIMAT, a large-scale dataset containing hundreds of millions of question-answer pairs for mathematics and science, 5, targeting pre-university and undergraduate levels, typically taught to the global 15-19 age group. The covered topics include: Acids and Bases, Atomic Structure, Stoichiometry, Thermodynamics, Units and Dimensions, Kinematics, Laws of Motion, Work, Power and Energy, Rotational Motion, Gravitation, Electricity, Moving Charges and Magnetism, Electromagnetic Induction, Alternating Current, Electromagnetic Waves, Ray Optics and Optical Instruments, Wave Optics, Dual Nature of Matter, Mechanical Properties of Solids and Liquids, Thermal Properties of Matter, Kinetic Theory of Gases, Sound, Waves and Oscillations, Semiconductors, Communication Systems, etc. Each main topic contains multiple subtopics, with hundreds of thousands of question-answer pairs available for each subtopic.
