This manuscript presents the Nonlinear Vacuum Medium (NVM), a theoretical framework that explores whether quantum phenomena, particles, fields, spacetime, and gravitation may emerge from the dynamics of a deeper continuous nonlinear physical substrate. Rather than replacing the experimentally successful predictions of quantum mechanics, quantum field theory, or general relativity, NVM proposes that these theories may describe effective regimes of an underlying physical organization. Within the framework, particles are treated as stable localized dynamical structures, quantum fields as emergent modes of the underlying medium, measurement as physical interaction and stabilization, and spacetime and gravitation as macroscopic manifestations of deeper substrate dynamics. The manuscript develops the conceptual foundations and mathematical direction of the NVM framework and identifies the central scientific requirement for its further development: the derivation of quantitative, falsifiable predictions that differ from those of established theories. The work is presented as a research program and testable physical hypothesis rather than as an experimentally established replacement for existing physics.
