FlexRT input data for the JWST-paper reionization models: density fields and UV-luminosity halo catalogs (200 cMpc/h, 200^3, z = 18 to 4.8)

The starting data of a FlexRT radiative-transfer run of the kind used in Cain et al. (2024, arXiv:2409.02989): the coarse-grained matter density fields of a 200 cMpc/h N-body simulation on a 200^3 grid and the UV-luminosity catalogs of its halos (abundance matched to the observed UV luminosity function), for 104 snapshots from z = 17.97 to z = 4.80, with the snapshot list, checksums and a README describing every file. Together with the FlexRT code (Cain & D'Aloisio 2024, arXiv:2409.04521) and the emissivity histories shipped with it, any of the paper's four reionization models, or a new one, can be run. 28 GB in five tar archives that unpack into one data directory; see README.md.
