资源简介:
bjective: To select 14 firefighters from a certain Fire Brigade of Xuzhou City as the research objects, to explore the correlation between firefighters' lower limb explosive power and nine applied physical fitness, and to provide a scientific basis for the formulating and optimizing firefighters' physical training in China. The results show that, the 60-meter shoulder ladder and 30-meter towing weight test projects have the most significant correlation with the reverse vertical jump performance, while the applied physical fitness test projects that greatly affect the explosive power of the lower limbs are mainly concentrated in the projects that require maximum strength in a short period of time, including 100 meters of load and 100 meters of fire barriers test projects. The study found that there is a significant correlation between the explosive power of firefighters' lower limbs and the short-term and short-distance projects in the applied physical fitness test, which means that the explosive power of the lower limbs plays an important role in short-term, high-intensity rescue operations. However, further analysis is needed on the correlation between long-term projects in the applied physical fitness test, and based on this, suggestions for training programs such as strengthening physical fitness training and optimizing the training structure are put forward.
