aThe neutralizing titer (IC50) is defined as the reciprocal of the plasma dilution that produced a 50% inhibition in relative light units (RLU) in U87 target cells infected with pseudoviruses expressing a luciferase indicator gene under transcriptional control of the HIV-1 Tat gene. Values in bold represent significant neutralization titers that are at least three times greater than those observed against the negative control (aMLV).
