We have identified ten bacterial strains isolated from soil samples in the Amazonian Dark Earths. Six of these strains belong to Paenibacillus polymyxa, while the other four represent Paenibacillus vini, Bacillus cereus, Brevibacillus agri, and Fictibacillus sp. All ten strains displayed significant antagonistic properties against the pathogen Fusarium oxysporum (Fox). The draft genomes ranged in size from 5.28 to 5.85 Mb, with 16 to 111 contigs and a GC content between 34.96% and 53.62%. These findings can aid in developing more effective agricultural tools against Fox and enhance our understanding of molecular processes in Paenibacillus, Bacillus, Brevibacillus, and Fictibacillus bacteria.
