To explore the underlying molecular mechanisms responsible for the defective T cell development in the absence of neddylation, we isolated group 2 (TCRβintCD69hi) and group 3 (TCRβhiCD69hi) thymocytes by Flow cytometry from Uba3F/F and Uba3ΔT mice and performed RNA-seq. Pathway enrichment analysis indicated the MAPK signaling pathway were involved during the process. Besides, STAT5 target genes were also changed. Examination of gene expression of group 2 (TCRβintCD69hi) and group 3 (TCRβhiCD69hi) thymocytes in Uba3F/F and Uba3ΔT mice.
