Lack of relevant animal models and cell lines hampers the understanding of hepatoblastoma and identification of therapeutic targets. We report a hepatoblastoma murine model that faithfully recapitulates the pathological features of mixed fetal and embryonic hepatoblastoma, with transcriptomics resembling the high-risk gene signatures of human disease Overall design: Flash Frozen Tumor was harvested from Hepatocellular model. Spatial Tx data was generated using Visium Spatial Gene expression kit from 10X genomics. The H&E images were acuqired using Zeiss- AxioScan slide scanner.
