Examining NAD+ precursor supplementation in the shFxn mouse model of FRDA

This dataset examines transcripts in frozen sections of hearts with knockdown of frataxin in mice (shFxn, Chandran et al 2017 eLife). The mice were treated with oral (drinking water) nicotinamide riboside (NR) or nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN). The mice are 16 or 20 weeks post-frataxin knockdown and the heart section was taken from the apex.
