Gene expression profiling in PA1 ovarian cancer cells under anchorage independence either in the presence of vehicle or BMP9 treatment for 24 hours

BMP9 promotes anoikis sensitivity in cancer cell lines. Here we examine the changes in gene expression in response to BMP9 in cells under anoikis to identify potential pathways associated with anoikis sensitivity. 6 total samples were analyzed. We performed a pairwise comparison of PA-1 cell line in presence or absence of BMP9. Genes with a p-valued < 0.05 and a fold-change ≥ 2.0 were selected.
