Viromic and metagenomic analysis reveal distribution and dissemination of antibiotic resistance genes in anaerobic digestion-composting systems: Roles of quorum sensing and viruses

Dataset OverviewThis dataset is based on field sampling from an aerobic composting system located in Miyun District, Beijing. It features sequencing data covering virome. Viral DNA were extracted directly from the raw compost samples and subjected to high-throughput sequencing to capture the genetic profiles of the environment. The viromic datasets consist of raw data (Illumina NovaSeq 6000, 15Gb).Viromic Data: Comprises high-purity viral (primarily bacteriophage) nucleic acid sequences. This data can be used to analyze the structure and diversity of the environmental viral community.
