Solenosmilia matrix annotations and VME habitat identification in video from voyage IN2018_V06

Benthic video collected during the MNF Investigator voyage IN2018_V06, sampling seamounts off Tasmania, were annotated for the matrix-forming stony coral Solenosmilia variabilis (Metadata description in MarLIN). \nThe present data set is a sub-set of the collection, processed for analyses presented in Williams et al. 2020, Frontiers in Marine Science (doi: 10.3389/fmars.2020.00187), where a method of identifying Vulnerable Marine Ecosystem (VME) habitats was applied and tested, using these data.\nLineage: The 1-second coarse scale video annotations of 'coral matrix' and counts of Live Solenosmilia heads were extracted from the VARS database and summarised to 24 second intervals (=segments). \n1 second position information (lat, long, depth) was averaged for each segment. \nVME habitat status presence/absence (1/0) was assigned to each segment based on rules described in Williams et al. 2020, Frontiers in Marine Science (doi: 10.3389/fmars.2020.00187) for a series of scenarios.
