We investigated role of CMTR1 in RNA splicing in MEFs to compare to our findngs in T cells. These samples are from Cmtr1 fl/fl fibroblasts transfected with empty vector and are from the same experiment as samples in GSE200103 where Cmtr1 cKO MEF transcriptomics can be found. Overall design: RNA sequencing of total RNA from mouse embryonic fibroblasts transduced with different variants of HA-tagged CMTR1 and treated with Cre recombinase to remove CMTR1 exon 3 flanked by loxP sites
