Code supporting the PhD thesis: Acoustic emission-based indicators of shear failure of reinforced concrete structures

This file contains the code for real-time probabilistic Acoustic Emission (AE) localization. The objective is to estimate the likelihood of AE source locations while accounting for localization uncertainties. The input data consist of text files generated by the MISTRAS AE software in real time. The output is a probability density field of AE events (pdAE field), which provides insight into potential internal deterioration. The code implements the full pipeline, including data reading, preprocessing, pdAE computation, and visualization. Detailed instructions can be found in the file 'README'.
