Skeletal muscle Rev-erbs regulates metabolic diurnal rhythm

Rev-erb plays a pivotal role in coordinating circadian rhythms and in regulating metabolism. However, The regulation of muscle metabolism by Rev-erbs is still not fully understood. In this study, we explored the mechanisms through which Rev-erb regulates skeletal muscle by using ChIP-seq. Overall design: Skeletal muscle was harvested at ZT10 and ZT22, we performed ChIP-seq analysis with skeletal muscle tissue to investigate Rev-erba binding sites.
