We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression underlying cardiac dysfunction and identified distinct classes of up-regulated genes during this process. Overall design: We transduced wild type mice with AAV expressing cofilin-1 (GROUP 3) and cofilin-1 T25A (inactive) variant (GROUP 2). We will compare transcriptome of these mice with those of wild type mice (GROUP 1) and Lmna mutated mice (GROUP 4).
