We sequence 12 samples by Illumina Hiseq platform, and on average we generated about 4.45 Gb bases from each sample. With gene expression result, we detect DEGs between samples. Through these valuable DEGs related to light and anthocyanin. Nowadays, there is less research concerning light-regulated anthocyanin biosynthesis towards eggplant, it is valuable to explore anthocyanin biosynthesis in eggplant.
