- The flux data and forcing files for all 12 sites are stored in this repository to run the ORCHIDEE model simulation for SW US semiarid site optimizations performed in the manuscript "Optimizing Carbon Cycle Parameters Drastically Improves Terrestrial Biosphere Model Underestimates of Dryland Mean Net CO2 Flux and its Inter-Annual Variability". - The python script "preprocessing_script.py" performs the necessary processing to generate netcdf files to run the ORCHIDAS simulation for all 12 sites.
- The post-processing can be done using the python script "postprocessing_script.py" that replicates the figures and tables of the manuscript.
