Dental RVG X-ray Image Dataset for Multi-Disease Classification

The dataset for the study "A Fine-Tuned Deep Learning Model to Detect and Classify Multi-Disease of Dental RVG X-ray Images" includes Dental Radiovisiography X-ray images that were gathered from a registered dental practitioner for academic research. The dataset contains 126 X-ray images divided into five diagnostic categories: Dental Caries with 21 images, Impacted Teeth with 23 images, Normal Teeth with 32 images Periapical Disease with 23 images and Periodontitis with 27 images. The dataset includes the raw X-ray images without any resizing, enhancement, preprocessing or augmentation. All images were carefully categorized based on their diagnosis. All personal details about patients have been removed to protect privacy and meet standards. This dataset serves as a tool for creating and testing deep learning and computer vision models, for automatic classification of dental diseases. It can be used for transfer learning, feature extraction, image classification and other artificial intelligence-related tasks involving images.
