Abnormal expression of circadian genes is known to be engage in tumor initiation and progression through disrupting rhythms of cellular processes. Here, we determined a significant role of the core circadian transcription factor ARNTL2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma metastasis. To further investigate the downstream targets of ARNTL2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) sequencing was performed in ARNTL2-overexpression HONE1 cell.
