<strong>Uncovering research patterns of a middle-income country: A Comprehensive Study of Peru's Specialized Health Institutes' Scientific Output</strong>

A bibliometric study was carried out on the scientific production of specialized health institutes in Peru. The units of analysis were the papers published in an indexed journal that underwent a peer-review process. The search was conducted in the databases of Web of Science (WoS), Embase, Scopus, and SciELO.
