Development and Survival of Bemisia tabaci MEAM1 (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae) on Eucalyptus Genotypes

Binomial GLM viability data The spreadsheet Viability.xlsx contains the raw experimental data used to evaluate the developmental viability of Bemisia tabaci MEAM1 under the different treatments evaluated in the study. Each row in the spreadsheet corresponds to an experimental unit. The data were used to fit generalized linear models (GLM) with binomial distribution in order to test the effect of treatments on the proportion of individuals that completed development to the adult stage. Kaplan–Meier survival data The spreadsheets Survival_egg.xlsx, Survival_nymph.xlsx, and Survival_egg_adult.xlsx contain the raw experimental data used to construct survival curves of Bemisia tabaci MEAM1 under the different treatments evaluated in the study. Each row in the spreadsheets corresponds to an experimental unit monitored throughout the insect's development. These data were used to estimate survival probabilities over time through survival analyses using the Kaplan–Meier method. All statistical analyses were performed using R software.
