Tourist Survey, Autumn 2014

The Tourist Survey is a nationwide survey that Statistics Norway (SSB) conducts on behalf of Innovation Norway. The study is based on interviews with Norwegian and foreign tourists as well as business travelers at commercial accommodations. "Tourist Survey, December 2014" includes analyzes of travellers who were on holidays or business trips in Norway during the autumn season in 2014 (September to December). The study estimates their overall consumption and considers how consumption was distributed. In addition to the analyzes of consumption, the collected data gives insight to the tourists' behavior and what they do while they are here.
