An Experimental study was conducted to find the effectiveness of the pyramid meditation with yogic practices on anger and anxiety management among college-studying bachelorettes aged between 18 to 23 at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur, India. Pyramid meditation with regular yogic Practices was given to the experimental group for four months, while the control group didn't undergo any yogic practices and followed their daily activities. The standardized questionnaires, which are State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory–2 (STAXI–2) and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Adults (STAI-AD) measured anger and anxiety at baseline and post-intervention. STAXI–2 measured state anger, trait anger and anger expression index. STAI-AD measured state anxiety and trait anxiety. The file 'Entire Data' contains all the data, including socio-demographic data. The file 'Ex Gp for Paired' contains pre- and post-data of the experimental group on anger and anxiety. This file is created to obtain paired t-test results in JASP software. JASP files show results of the required statistical analyses.
