Multiomics aprroach to H. pylori Infections. H. pylori

This project aims to understand insights into H. pylori infections through the multi-omics approach. Both Illumina and Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) performed to reveal the genomics and transcriptomics effectors on virulence. We have also completed LC-MS/MS to better comprehend Host-Pathogen interactions on organoid co-culture.
