TRNT1 has been suggested to repair CCA-deactivated tRNAs in vitro. This study is aimed to confirm whether TRNT1 affects the proportion of CCA-deactivated tiRNAs in vivo. In this study, we made the cDNA library using tiRNA fraction (20-50 nt) from TRNT1 knockdown U2OS cells after ANG-treatment to examine what proportion of 3'-tiRNAs were CCA-cleaved.
