Haverford Aging Chamber Output For MA:CHMA Perovskite System (Updated)

This dataset contains the raw data, and its updated associated output from the Haverford Open Source Aging Chamber (color change was recalculated using the correct calibration data). This data was collected on the MA:CHMA Perovskite system, and is used in an upcoming paper on an Open Source Environmental Chamber in RSC Digital Discovery. The data is a collection of raw sensor readings (ambient temperature, sample temperature, and raw video) from the chamber, and processed data. The processed data contains CSVs and plots of each sample's color change.

Before running the code, navigate to Color_transformation.py and update the "expt_run" parameter to "Color_Calibration_Original".
