Whole-genome resequencing analysis of three Ptychidio species

Ptychidio longibarbus is an endangered cyprinid species. This project proposes to conduct whole-genome resequencing of three species within the genus Ptychidio to explore their phylogenetic relationships and to identify potential mechanisms contributing to their endangered status.
